Johnny Manziel’s comeback looks like it’s going much better than expected.
The NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo recently reported that Manziel is in contact with multiple NFL teams and is willing to play for zero guaranteed money. Playing for zero guaranteed money in a contract isn’t uncommon in the NFL, but it certainly is for somebody of Manziel’s stature and pedigree.

Johnny Football appeared to confirm the reports when he tweeted, “I’ll play again for FREE. It’s not about the money it’s about getting back to doing what I miss and love.”

There were so many #ComebackSZN doubters, but here we are. I’ve been saying for so long that Manziel would find his way back to the NFL. All the “experts” said I was crazy, but I said all we had to do was focus on the evidence.
He looks like a man ready to play football again, his body looks like it’s getting close to game shape and he’s owned up to his mistakes in the past. Get this man on a roster ASAP. The football world is simply more entertaining when Manziel is in it.
