Kensington Palace released some new details on the guests invited to the upcoming Royal Wedding and it appears that the guest list just got a lot bigger.

Many celebrities are expected to attend the wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but they haven’t yet confirmed the reports about their potential guests. However, Kensington Palace did announce that the British Prince and the American actress have invited thousands of members of the public to be in attendance for their special day.

“Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have said they want their Wedding Day to be shaped so as to allow members of the public to feel part of the celebrations too,” Kensington Palace said in a press release on Friday. “Prince Harry and Ms. Markle have invited 2,640 people into the grounds of Windsor Castle to watch the arrivals of the Bride and Groom, and their wedding guests, at the chapel and to watch the carriage procession as it departs from the castle.”

Included in the 2,640 guests are 1,200 members of the public, 200 people from a range of charities and organizations of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s choosing, 100 students from two local schools and 610 members of the Windsor Castle community.

Of course, plenty of other people will be in attendance at the Windsor Castle wedding, but the couple is yet to confirm them. Among the celebrities expected to receive an invite are Elton John, Barack and Michelle Obama and the Spice Girls.
