Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort pleaded not guilty to a second indictment by special counsel Robert Mueller regarding charges of fraud and foreign bank account violations Thursday. He plans to seek a jury trial in Virginia.

Manafort was first charged in October for conspiracy against the United States and money laundering. (RELATED: Here’s The Indictment Against Paul Manafort And His Associate, Rick Gates)

The second indictment for bank fraud and foreign bank account violations appear to be unrelated to any charges regarding the Trump campaign. (RELATED: Mueller Files New Charges Against Manafort And Gates)

Manafort’s business partner, Rick Gates, was also charged with conspiracy against the U.S., money laundering, and making false statements.

The second indictment of Manafort can be read here.
