Heather Locklear will not face a felony domestic violence charge after being arrested last month following a fight with her boyfriend, according to TMZ Monday.

The Los Angeles District Attorney has instead charged the 56-year-old actress with four counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer and another misdemeanor charge for resisting or obstructing a police officer.

Locklear will not face any other charges after her brother called the police about her and her boyfriend allegedly being drunk and fighting. According to the report, when authorities responded to the 911 call they found injuries to the boyfriend and the actress was placed under arrest.

Things got heated during the arrest when the former “Melrose Place” star allegedly assaulted and threatened the responding officers.

“You f****** deserve your kids to die! You f****** deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me,” Locklear reportedly shouted. “I hope no one f****** burns your entire department down, your f****** police department … If you ever come back to my house I will shoot you.”

A search warrant was issued on her home last week in search of a gun that is registered to her, but no weapon was found.

She reportedly checked in to a rehab facility following the arrest.

Last year, after reports surfaced that she had checked into a rehab facility for the fifth time, she appeared to dispute the claims.

“I am feeling great and am taking steps to enrich and better my life,” Locklear shared. “Currently I am working on tying up some loose ends regarding certain issues so I can hit 2017 full steam ahead.”
