British Prime Minister Theresa May announced Wednesday she will expel 23 undeclared Russian intelligence agents masquerading as diplomats in response to a chemical attack on Russian defector, Sergei Skripal, in their country.

“This will be the single biggest expulsion for over 30 years and it reflects the fact that this is not the first time the Russian state has acted against our country,” she declared, adding that she will propose legislation which allows the government to detain suspected hostiles at the U.K. border.
