Houston Texans star J.J. Watt might have had the greatest take about restaurants to ever hit the web.

The University of Wisconsin product opined about food portion sizes, and the tweet has blown up over the past couple days.

“The more expensive the restaurant, the smaller the portion sizes. Makes no sense. Give me a tray of BBQ over a 6 oz. steak any day,” the defensive phenom tweeted.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever seen anything that I agree with more when it comes to food and restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good steakhouse from time to time, despite the fact I’ve never had a steak I couldn’t cook better myself. However, it’s a bit absurd when “upscale” places feed us like we’re 12 years old. You don’t take over the world with six ounce steaks.

You take over the world by consuming as much red meat as possible. For example, I can absolutely crush Culver’s double deluxe cheeseburger baskets, which is a way bigger serving of food than anything you’ll find at plutocratic watering hole.

We shouldn’t be surprised that it takes a good Wisconsin man to remind the world that it’s not the classiness of the joint that matter. It’s the food that matters, and you can’t beat a great burger or some BBQ.
