Odell Beckham Jr. is being pursued by the Los Angeles Rams, according to several bombshell reports published Monday.
The New York Daily News reports that several NFL insiders have confirmed that the Rams have already opened a dialogue with Beckham Jr about a possible trade. When the Daily News tried to pry a response from a Rams executive, he reportedly only replied, “Where’d you hear that?” with a smile.

It’s no secret that Odell Beckham Jr. has caused a headache for the Giants franchise. Earlier this month, a suspicious video of Beckham Jr. in bed with a French model and some suspicious white powder surfaced and caused controversy across the sports world. Just this weekend, Giants owner John Mara addressed the issue.
“I’m tired of answering questions about Odell’s behavior and what the latest incident is. I think he knows what we expect of him, and now it’s up to him,” Mara said. He later added that the latest video “wasn’t helpful,” and after the dismal season the Giants had in 2017, “nobody’s untouchable.”
Nobody really suspected the Giants would trade one of their star players until this afternoon, though. If the Rams did try to trade for Beckham, they’d probably have to negotiate pretty heavily for the wide receiver. The Daily News claims that the Rams would likely have to trade for a first-round pick plus. “Plus” hasn’t been defined yet but with a high profile talent like Beckham Jr., you can bet he won’t come cheap.
Beckham mentioned on Monday that he wouldn’t consider signing with a team unless it involved a long-term contract. Sounds like the decision falls in the Rams’ lap now.
