A viral video shows an alligator just walking right up to the driving range of a golf course, and people really don’t seem fazed.

Barstool Sports posted the video over the weekend. It’s truly a shocking site to soak up.

PETA isn’t going to like this, but I don’t understand how that beast wasn’t gunned down the moment it showed up. Much like the mentality of people that carry guns while hiking, I’m not just packing heat to protect me from some dude I might come across. I’m strapped so that I can take out big animals that might pose a threat.

I see an alligator at the driving range, and I’m spraying lead until I’m empty or it’s dead. Are these people out of their damn minds? They’re just casually hanging out like it’s no big deal. Are you kidding me? How are they not preparing for battle? Like I said, that animal shows up to wherever I am and it’s going to have a really bad day.

Maybe these golfers are just so casual they don’t care or they’ve seen it before. Either way, it’s totally mind-boggling that there’s not a complete panic. I’m walking straight to my car, opening up the trunk, grabbing one of my AR-15s, loading up a magazine and opening fire like it’s Baghdad in 2003. I don’t hate animals, but I love myself way more than I do them. I’d hate to do it. Absolutely hate to do it, but unfortunately I wouldn’t have any other choice.
