April showers bring May flowers, but no one has to tolerate all the showers without a stylish pair of rain boots, right? I recently bought this pair of Tommy Hilfiger Chelsea Rain Boots, and I think I’ll need to stock up on a couple more pairs because I’m totally obsessed.

They’re made out of 100% flexible polyvinyl chloride material, which is exactly what you want out of rain boots. It makes them both easy to wear and keep clean. This particular pair is slip on, without any zipper or lace heel, and has an elastic band on the side for a comfortable fit if you need a bit of stretch. The shorter style is also a plus, because you can style them with more in your wardrobe and they don’t stand out as bulky or oversized.
I love wearing my Tommy Hilfiger rain boots with ankle cut jeans, leggings, and even a dress. I’ve been known to wear them to commute back and forth from the office, and they look just as chic with a pencil skirt as jeans. You can get them in many colors, and I love a bold red if I’m wanting my shoes to make a statement, but a navy if I need them to blend in with the rest of the outfit.
