Conor McGregor is all over the internet after he showed up to the Barclays Center prior to UFC 223, and had a freakout for the ages.

McGregor was throwing stuff all over the place, injured people and ended up getting arrested.

You’re an idiot if you don’t think Dana White isn’t very happy with this whole thing deep down. Yes, he has to go out there and pretend to be furious, and I’m sure to a certain extent that he is very mad.

This all started because members of fellow UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov, who is on the UFC 223 card, went after a friend of McGregor’s. That’s all fine and dandy. The important thing here is that McGregor is likely to fight Nurmagomedov in the future.

Imagine the ticket and pay-per-view buys for that event? McGregor went to jail over this, and will get to settle it in the octagon. People will pay to see that fight without a question.

There are two names in the UFC that dominate the narrative, and they are Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor. Rousey is done, which leaves McGregor on an island of attention and power. This might look bad for the UFC, but what has everybody in the sports world been talking about since yesterday? Conor McGregor and the UFC. It’s ESPN, Fox Sports, all the blogs and social media.

McGregor did more to shine a lot on the UFC yesterday than anybody else has done in the past year. The McGregor/Nurmagomedov fight is going to be legendary when it happens, and a lot of people are going to get richer because of McGregor’s actions yesterday. I’m not saying it was staged. I don’t think it was at all. It’s just clear to anybody who is woke as hell that lots of people are going to benefit from his major freakout.
