Legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather continued to hint that he has every intention of fighting in the UFC.

“It is possible I do come back, but if I do come back, it has to be in the octagon,” Mayweather said on Showtime over the weekend while at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for a boxing match.

Things sure are coming along nicely for all of us who have been saying a Conor McGregor octagon matchup with Mayweather was a near certainty.

McGregor is doing his best to cause absolute mayhem all over the Barclays Center, getting arrested and Mayweather is letting people know he’s only coming back for the octagon.

Wake up, people! The writing is on the wall here. Mayweather and McGregor are both back in the news, and we’re repeating the exact same cycle before their boxing match. Nobody wanted to believe that was real, but look at what happened. I’m seeing the same signs here. I put the chances of another fight at around 75 percent right now, and it’s only going up.
