Today is Mandy Moore’s birthday. The actress and singer turns 34 years old today but it’s pretty hard to tell.
Mandy Moore has famously discussed her low-key beauty routine and recently told Extra that she prevents signs of aging by wearing lots of sunscreen, getting lots of sleep, and trying to “not live a crazy-hard life or stress out about it either.”
Although Mandy Moore is best known for playing Rebecca Pearson on NBC’s hit drama “This Is Us,” the actress originally set out to become a singer. Her first debut single, “Candy” hit 41 on the Billboard Top 100 chart. Moore was only 15 years old.
She started acting two years later and got a small role in “Dr. Doolittle 2.” Her career shortly skyrocketed – Mandy Moore appeared in the “Princess Diaries,” “A Walk To Remember,” “Scrubs,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” She also acted as the voice of Rapunzel in Disney’s animated movie, “Tangled.”
