Mariah Carey may have just revealed she’s struggling with bipolar disorder but a former member of her team isn’t cutting her any slack.

The singing diva’s former manager is claiming Carey sexually harassed her, violated the U.S. Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act and breached her contract. Carey’s former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, filed a summons on Friday, Page Six reports.

Bulochnikov claims Carey owes her money after she cut her three-year contract short. Bulochnikov also says Carey had a substance abuse problem and that the pop star was frequently naked in front of her.

“[Mariah’s] cleaning house,” an insider explained after the two parted ways. “She is getting legitimate people, assistants, a lawyer, and Stella is not happy about it.”

Carey’s team has since denied all allegations. They told Page Six, “If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully.”

It’s not immediately clear how much money Bulochnikov claims Carey owes, her but you can bet this case will likely be packed with dramatic twists and turns along the way.
