Victoria’s Secret Angel Taylor Hill was looking like she was in serious trouble over the weekend at Coachella.

A man can be heard off screen asking whether or not an ambulance should be called. Judging from the video, it looks like a fair question to ask. I’m not sure how anybody could say the condition she was in and not think she needs immediate medical attention. TMZ reported that an ambulance was never called.
