Former “Today” cohost Ann Curry says NBC didn’t even talk to her before releasing its Wednesday report claiming there was no wrongdoing in the network’s handling of the Matt Lauer case.

Curry has previously stated that she knew about sexual misconduct by Lauer and warned NBC about it in 2012.

The network just released the results of an internal investigation on how the company handled the Lauer case, and found no evidence that any reports to HR were made.

Regarding Curry’s claims that she reported Lauer’s behavior, NBC’s legal team said “members of NBC News and ‘Today’ show leadership at the time with whom we spoke denied having any such conversation with Curry.”

The legal team claims they also spoke to Curry for the report, but she denies this.

“I have not participated in any formal investigation by NBC on sexual harassment,” Curry said in a statement to The New York Times.
