Antonia Okafor ripped the Women’s March after the group sent a tweet Sunday that many are calling racist.

The tweet read: “There are too many mothers who can’t be with their children this #MamasDay for no other reason than that they can’t afford bail. Consider donating to to the campaign to #FreeBlackMamas today. Let’s get these mamas free!” along with the message was a link to brooklynbailfund.com and a heart emoji.

Shortly after the account issued the tweet, Antonia Okafor, a staunch Second Amendment supporter and founder of EmPOWERed, responded, saying, “Oh, so only black women are in prison? @womensmarch your ‘covert’ racism is showing.”

Okafor was not alone in calling out the Women’s March for the tweet.

This isn’t the first time that the Women’s March account has tweeted about the campaign.

On Friday the account sent a tweet reading: “Over 35,000 mother’s are behind bars simply because they can’t afford bail. This #MothersDay help ‪#FreeBlackMamas & reunite families. ‪#EndMoneyBail.”

According to the website linked in the tweets, donations “will be used to support the ongoing efforts of the National Bail Out campaign and participating grassroots organizations.”
