The New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman on CNN’s “New Day” Friday accused the White House of ignoring the facts to push an agenda and said they only care about winning.

“I think one thing we get hung up on is we talk a lot about how either the White House is telling falsehoods or they’re taking things out of context, or they are uninformed. All of those things have been true at various times” Haberman said. “They don’t care. They’re not looking to be seen as making this credible argument. They are just looking to get a win.” (RELATED: Maggie Haberman Says James Comey Interview Was A Dud)

Haberman made these claims despite her own paper’s propensity for political bias and their “ends justify the means” style of reporting.

WATCH:

In 2017, The NYT was forced to issue a correction after it had pushed the claim that 17 U.S. intelligence agencies agreed Russia had meddled in the 2016 election. Their reporters have also publicly admitted to having an anti-Trump bias, which seems to dictate how they frame their stories.

During the 2016 campaign, NYT political reporter Ashley Parker accused then candidate Donald Trump of going “apeshit,” while fellow NYT reporter Jeremy Peters accused Trump of being xenophobic and racist on Twitter.

The NYT was also forced to issue a correction in June of 2017, regarding their story about Sarah Palin and former Democratic House member Gabby Giffords. The 2011 shooting of Giffords was somehow connected to Palin’s political action committee election map, which showed certain districts and areas under cross-hairs, The Times editorial claimed.

An editorial on Thursday about the shooting of Representative Steve Scalise incorrectly stated that a link existed between political rhetoric and the 2011 shooting of Representative Gabby Giffords. In fact, no such link was established. The editorial also incorrectly described a map distributed by a political action committee before that shooting. It depicted electoral districts, not individual Democratic lawmakers, beneath stylized cross hairs.
