Sephora make-up company is launching a new line of products for people who identify as transgender in an effort to be more inclusive.

The new line, “Bold Beauty for the Transgender Community,” is set to launch in June and will provide transgenders as well as those who are transitioning with 90-minute training sessions on how to do their make-up to look more feminine. The initiative is meant to make participants feel beautiful, confident and comfortable in their own skin.

The new workshops are part of Sephora’s 2016 launch of “Classes for Confidence,” meant to inspire “confidence and fearlessness in individuals facing major life transitions.” The company has hosted over 850 classes.

Sephora will also post online tutorials geared for transgender persons who cannot attend the classes in person so that they can watch the tutorials and mimic how the experts apply their makeup.

The classes are one element of Sephora’s four-pronged social impact initiative, “Sephora Stands.” (RELATED: Maryland Prohibits Conversion Therapy For Gay Youth)

“Sephora Stands is dedicated to supporting diversity and inclusion in all of its social impact programming. We stand with all members of the LGBTQA community and are committed to providing these individuals with the tools they want to feel confident and beautiful every single day,” said Corrie Conrad, Sephora’s head of social impact and sustainability, the Independent reports. “At Sephora, we believe beauty is yours to define, and ours to celebrate. We are honoured to be a beacon of support and a part of each beauty journey through our new class offering,” she added. (RELATED: Transgender Prisoners Turn On Inmate Who Claims He Was Raped)

“Sephora Stands” estimates it will have empowered 100,000 people through its “Classes for Confidence” program by 2020.
