Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano thinks the political bias exhibited by the FBI could lead to a scandal bigger than Watergate.

Napolitano said FBI agent Peter Strzok’s decision to testify without immunity would lead to dramatic testimony that could rival the Nixon-era scandal. (RELATED: Judge Napolitano Says FBI Director Chris Wray Has No Intention Of Sharing Documents With Congress)

“[Strzok] must be a character,” Napolitano said on Fox Business’ “Mornings With Maria” Wednesday. “He offered to testify without immunity in an environment where he could be prosecuted for giving a truthful answer and he’s still prepared to do it. This will be the most dramatic testimony we will have seen in the past two years.”

“I think this ranks with Watergate,” Napolitano concluded. “And the more we learn, it may get bigger.”
