Fox News chief White House correspondent John Roberts called out CNN on Tuesday for incorrectly telling their viewers that there was a White House press briefing scheduled.
CNN had a blip on the lower right-hand corner of their broadcast on Tuesday claiming that a White House briefing was going to start soon. According to the White House daily guidance, there is no press briefing scheduled today.
Fox News’ John Roberts tweeted about the mistake and reassured his viewers that there is no briefing.
“.@cnn showing bug that reads “soon on CNN – White House Briefing” Note to @FoxNews viewers. There is no briefing today,” Roberts tweeted.
