President Trump’s Golf Courses — Ranked!

Golf and The White House have gone hand in hand for quite some time. Golf has been a strong passion of President Trump’s ever since he started playing during his college years at the University of Pennsylvania.

President Trump first teed up into the world of commercial golf in 1999 with the opening of Trump International Golf Club, West Palm Beach. The President continued to acquire courses through the early 2000s and capitalized on the Financial Crisis of 2007 in order to purchase the land for below market value.

By the time of his inaugurated in January of 2017, President Trump owned 16 golf courses around the world, ranging from his home state of NY (Ferry Point, New York and Westchester, New York) to Dubai (Trump International Golf Club, Dubai).

The courses range from being private clubs and public courses but all are located in prestiges areas. President Trump currently has three properties that are described as “coming soon.” Two properties in Indonesia and one in Dubai, which will make for a total of 19 courses around the world.
