Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz hit back against liberal hate Friday on “America’s Newsroom,” saying he will not be “shut down” or intimidated.

“Recently a woman at a party said if I were at this party, she would stab me in the heart,” Dershowitz said. “This is a radical leftist woman who will resort to violence because she doesn’t agree with my defense of President Trump’s civil liberties.” (RELATED: Joe Scarborough Slams Alan Dershowitz For Flip-Flopping)

Dershowitz compared his treatment to lawyers during the McCarthy era and said he supports everyone’s civil liberties no matter what their political affiliation is.

“I’m not a Trump supporter politically. I voted for Hillary Clinton. I’m a supporter of all civil liberties,” he continued. “I would be supporting Hillary Clinton’s civil liberties if she were the president — if she were being unfairly attacked.”

He claimed only radical left-wing activists are against him and said he will not be intimidated into silence.

“The vast majority of the people in [Martha’s] Vineyard, even people who are liberals, are completely supportive of me. It’s only people on the hard left, many of them very anti-Israel,” Dershowitz concluded. “It is spreading beyond Donald Trump. ‘Only my point of view should be heard,’ say these people. We don’t want to hear Dershowitz’s point of view. So shut him down. It won’t work. I will not be shut down. I will not be intimidated.”
