Hunter Richard, 16, was in a Whataburger restaurant on July 4 for a late-night snack with friends when Kino Jimenez took his Make America Great Again hat and dumped a drink on him.
“This is gonna go right in my f**king fireplace, b*tch,” Jimenez said, according to video of the incident. “You ain’t supporting s**t, n*****.”

The incident went viral, and the president’s son Don Trump Jr., who offered Richard a new hat signed by the president.
However, according to Richard’s Instagram, the teen is doing just fine and already has a replacement hat. In an account that features photos also featured on his Facebook page, Richard posted a photo of himself in a MAGA hat, American flag sunglasses, a MAGA sweatshirt and American flag boxers.
The caption says that Jimenez can keep the hat and calls him a ‘LIBTARD:’
Whataburger Corporate Communications told The Daily Caller it was “shocked” with the actions of Jimenez:
“We were shocked to see this video and certainly don’t condone this type of customer behavior in our restaurants,” the statement read, “To be clear, no Whataburger employees were involved or witnessed the incident, and we ask that questions be directed to San Antonio PD as we continue supporting their efforts.”
Jimenez is being charged with felony theft.
