Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano thinks the political bias exhibited by the FBI could lead to a scandal bigger than Watergate.

Napolitano said FBI agent Peter Strzok’s decision to testify without immunity would lead to dramatic testimony that would rival the Nixon-era scandal. (RELATED: Judge Napolitano Says FBI Director Chris Wray Has No Intention Of Sharing Documents With Congress)

“[Strzok] must be a character,” Napolitano said on “Mornings With Maria” on Fox Business Wednesday. “He offered to testify without immunity in an environment where he could be prosecuted for giving a truthful answer and he’s still prepared to do it. This will be the most dramatic testimony we will have seen in the past two years.”

“Yes I think this ranks with Watergate,” Napolitano concluded. “And the more we learn, it may get bigger.”
