Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted Monday at President Trump criticizing him for his supposed soft spot for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump is meeting Putin in Helsinki, Finland, Monday, and the two will have a one-on-one private meeting.
