Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo called President Donald Trump’s press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin the “low point” of his presidency, Tuesday on “Mornings with Maria.”

“The report on Russian active measures from the Intel department, this is from Devin Nunes and the Intel committee, which released in March. So there’s no question about [the Russian hack], but the president did not want to address it in front of Vladimir Putin, which is a head-scratcher,” Bartiromo said. (RELATED: Maria Bartiromo Questions Trump’s Gun Control Plan)

She also clarified that the report proving Russian interference is a separate issue from whether or not the Trump administration colluded with Russia in an effort to influence election results.

“And this has nothing to do with collusion. This is not about Donald Trump. This is about the Russians undermining the U.S. Not about Donald Trump.”

Bartiromo predicted the White House would be firing certain staff members for the media fallout from the Helsinki summit and called this the lowest moment of Trump’s presidency so far.

“There are questions that we could see resignations,” she concluded. “We’ll see about that. We’ll see how long-lasting this is. It was probably the low point of the presidency so far. What’s more important obviously is the deals that he can do with Russia.”
