Porn star Stormy Daniels’s lawyer Michael Avenatti confirmed that she and her husband Glendon Crain are filing for divorce in a tweet on Monday.
“My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage,” Avenatti wrote. “A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family.”

Crain is the one filing for divorce and has a restraining order against Daniels, reported TMZ.
There is conflicting information about how long Daniels has been married to Crain, whose real name is Brendon Miller. Fox News reported that they have been married since 2010, while TMZ reported 2015. Crain is a heavy metal drummer who has worked in the porn industry, reported Bustle. The couple has one daughter. When she was arrested for letting customers touch her at a strip club in Ohio on July 12, Daniels said she was not married, according to her arrest report. She canceled “a number of appearances” at clubs earlier in July, reported Fox News.
Crain was Daniels’s third husband.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, became a household name when she claimed she had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006, before he was elected.
