On today’s show we ask the question, “I ruined my career for this?” as President Trump’s former personal attorney released a secret recording from 2016 of then candidate Trump discussing the possibility of paying off a woman accusing him of having had an affair with her 12 years ago. The question remains: Who cares?

Donald Trump was elected president, not pope. Yet CNN thought they had a scoop people who don’t already hate the president would care about — a recording of a private conversation between a lawyer and his client. The biggest outcome from the recording will likely be Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, losing his law license. That makes CNN’s big scoop the career suicide of Cohen.

Also, the Washington Post and the rest of the liberal media rushed to the defense of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from … satire. They were either too biased or too stupid to recognize it as satire. Neither reflects particularly well on them.
