President Donald Trump doubled down on his “enemy of the people” rhetoric and called The New York Times “crazed … lunatics” during an interview with Fox News.
Fox released a preview of the full interview on Wednesday in which anchor Ainsley Earhardt asks Trump if the press is the enemy of the people.

“Is the press the enemy of the people?” Earhardt asked.
“No, not at all,” Trump replied. “But the fake news is and the fake news is comprised of — it’s a big chunk, okay?”
“Somebody said, ‘What’s the chunk?’ And I said, ’80 percent?’ It’s a lot. It’s a lot,” Trump explained.
“If I do something well, it’s not reported,” he continued. “Other than in the 20 percent. I mean, The New York Times cannot write a good story about me. They’re crazed. They’re lunatics.”
