Fox News host Laura Ingraham pointed out how NBC tried to stifle the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault story, after “Meet The Press” host Chuck Todd lashed out at Fox News and conservatives.

Ingraham played clips of Todd denouncing the Trump White House, on “The Ingraham Angle” Tuesday, and criticized an op-ed he wrote for The Atlantic, telling his fellow journalists to hit back. (RELATED: NBC’s Chuck Todd Tries To Rally Troops Against Trump And Fox)

“That was NBC’s so-called neutral objective, always objective, anchor Chuck Todd taking shots at Trump,” Ingraham said. “And in a new piece in The Atlantic … Mr. Todd advocates for journalists to fight back against conservative claims of bias. Bring it on, Chuck.”

Ingraham pointed to the hypocrisy of Todd’s statements, as NBC deals with several scandals as it fights to preserve its public credibility.

“So let me get this straight. While NBC is embroiled in multiple scandals, including completely blowing it on the Weinstein sexual assault story, Chuck Todd is telling Fox and others how to handle its business? Nice try,” she said.

Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce predicted this will be NBC’s “breaking point” and said Todd’s political bias is well documented in leaked John Podesta emails. Podesta was a chairman on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

“Let’s look at Chuck Todd. In the Podesta emails that were leaked by WikiLeaks, we found that he had been inviting people to a party that Chuck Todd was having at his home for Jennifer Palmieri, a major aide for Hillary Clinton,” she said.

“He’s arguing now that going 24/7 against the president of the United States is not enough,” Bruce added. “They now want to go 24/7 against Fox News. That’s what he’s advocating for.”
