‘A Very Shocking Time’ — Average Americans Share Their Personal Stories Of 9/11

Millions of Americans across the nation watched as two airplanes careened into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, while another collided into the Pentagon and a fourth crashed into a field in Pennsylvania on 9/11. The concerted terrorist attacks killed nearly 3,000 people and injured over 6,000 that fateful day in 2001.

On the 17th anniversary of these attacks, The Daily Caller News Foundation’s reporter Vandana Rambaran spoke to everyday Americans to reflect on the tragic events of that day.
