GOP Congressional candidate Rudy Peters, who is running in the 15th district of California, is calling out the media and Democratic leadership for their lack of interest in the alleged knife attack against him.
Farzad Fazeli allegedly made anti-Trump comments before attempting to stab Peters at the Castro Valley festival on Sunday, according to the Alamada County Sheriff’s office.
Fazeli was arrested and released on bail after appearing in court. He has pleaded not guilty.
Rudy says some of the local news outlets have reported on the attack against him, but he says the major networks like CNN have completely ignored him.
He also went on to say it’s really disappointing that Democratic leadership are completely silent and that violence should always be condemned by any political party.
