The former boyfriend of the third woman who accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct said that she never mentioned being assaulted by Kavanaugh during their seven-year relationship.
Richard Vinneccy made the comments in an exclusive interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham on Monday night.
Politico reported last week that Vinneccy filed for a restraining order against Swetnick back in 2001. According to the article, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and after he got engaged to another woman. Even when Vinneccy’s fiancee was pregnant, Swetnick’s threats continued, he said, leading to him seek the order. (RELATED: Ex-Boyfriend Of Third Kavanaugh Accuser Filed Restraining Order Against Her)
“Did she ever discuss with you during your seven-year relationship … the issue of sexual assault or did she mention ever having been sexually assaulted?” Ingraham asked.
“Never, never once she mentioned that to me,” he replied. “And we used to talk about just about everything, and she never once mentioned that to me.”

“You claim, Richard, that Ms. Swetnick threatened you after you broke up with her. What types of threats threats are you alleging?” Ingraham asked.
“Right after I broke up with her, she basically called me many times, and at one point she basically said you will never, ever see your unborn child alive. And I’m just going to go over there, I’m going to kill you guys,” Vinneccy answered. “She said she was going to kill you?” Ingraham asked.
“Yes, and that really scared me a little bit,” Vinneccy replied.
He also said, “Everything that came out of her mouth was just exaggeration. And, she never mentioned [getting assaulted] to me at all.”
When asked for comment on Vinneccy’s interview, Swetnick’s lawyer Michael Avenatti told The Daily Caller, “Complete garbage. [Vinneccy’s] middle name is ‘fraud.'”
