White House press secretary Sarah Sanders accused CNN’s Jim Acosta of having a “problem” with the facts during a Wednesday press briefing.

CNN’s Acosta asked Sanders if she has a “problem” with the way President Donald Trump attacked Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s credibility at a rally on Tuesday night. Trump noted that Ford is unable to remember key details about an alleged sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, such as when and where the incident occurred. “You don’t have any problem defending the president’s comments?” Acosta asked.

“I don’t have any problem stating facts, no,” Sanders shot back. “I know that’s something you probably do have a problem with, but I don’t.”

“Actually, Sarah, we do state the facts, and I think there have been many occasions when you don’t state the facts, if I may respond,” Acosta said.

Sanders didn’t reply to Acosta, instead calling on the next reporter.
