A small group of protesters against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh confronted a crowd supporting the judge in front of the U.S. Capitol Thursday morning.
The pro-Kavanugh protesters, who were waving American flags, had reportedly been outside the Capitol for a few hours before the anti-Kavanaugh protesters began walking towards the group with signs that read “Kavanaugh Lies” and “I believe survivors. No on Kavanaugh.”
As the anti-Kavanaugh protesters got in front of the group, they began saying “we believe survivors.” One pro-Kavanaugh protester responded by saying, “we believe survivors. Not liars.” (RELATED: Anti-Kavanaugh Protester Confronts GOP Senator – He Pushes Back)
