The latest AP college football top 25 poll has plenty of changes after another wild weekend.
The top 10 are as follow:
- Alabama
- Ohio State
- Clemson
- Notre Dame
- LSU
- Michigan
- Texas
- Georgia
- Oklahoma
- UCF
Obviously, Ohio State was the logical choice for the number two spot after Georgia was upset by LSU this weekend. The Buckeyes are the only team in the nation right now capable of playing with Alabama. They are the only one, and I don’t think it’s really close. That might be a tough pill for all the SEC fanboys out there to swallow but it’s 100 percent true. (RELATED: The Latest College Football AP Poll Is Here. The Number Nine Team Will Surprise You)

In all seriousness, I could make a very strong argument that LSU should maybe even be a spot or two higher. They’ve played an incredibly tough schedule, and have battled to a 6-1 record. The loss to Florida is looking better and better as the Gators have climbed to 11.
I never thought I’d see the day Coach O was running a national championship contending team, but here we are.

I can’t wait to see how much more this deck gets shuffled before it’s all said and done. It’s going to be a hell of a ride.
