The details surrounding the arrest of former Denver Broncos quarterback Chad Kelly keep getting worse and worse.
According to the NFL Network’s James Palmer, the dual-threat quarterback was involved in multiple physical altercations at Von Miller’s Halloween party shortly before his arrest. Security eventually tossed him out.

This situation just couldn’t get much worse for the former Ole Miss star. The craziest part about all this still might be the fact he reportedly had no alcohol in his system, despite allegedly trespassing and engaging in physical confrontations. If true, that’s simply not normal behavior. (RELATED: NFL QB Arrested For Bizarre Reason. He Could Be In A Ton Of Trouble)
The facts:
-Party is an annual Von Miller party.
-Theme was “cowboy” not cocaine (TMZ wrong)
-Chad Kelly was at the party
-Kelly incident occurred a few blocks away.
-There is security video.
-Kelly was “mumbling and incoherent.”
-Kelly had no alchohol in his system per police.— Benjamin Allbright (@AllbrightNFL) October 23, 2018
Something tells me Chad Kelly won’t be under center anytime soon for any NFL team. The 1st degree criminal trespassing charge was bad enough on its own. Now, add in allegedly fighting at a teammate’s Halloween party, and that’s far too many red flags for a general manager to want to deal with.

We all knew Kelly had issues when he was coming out of college. I think most of us also felt over the past couple years he’d grown up. I guess that simply wasn’t the case.
