The Red Sox put on a dominating performance as they won game five by a score of 5-1. It’s also worth pointing out the level of absolute domination of Boston sports since the turn of the century. Since 2012, the city’s teams have won a combined 11 titles, which is simply a mind-boggling number.

Finally, we can’t talk about the Red Sox without mentioning one of the greatest entertainment/sports crossover moments ever from their 2004 World Series win.

The call from Joe Buck and the scene from “Lost” simply never gets old. What a wild run it’s been these past several years.
