Meghan Markle suffered a wardrobe malfunction in a blue sheer skirt Wednesday during the final part of her and Prince Harry’s royal tour in New Zealand. It happened when the Duchess of Sussex was doing a walkabout in Rotorua as she stopped to greet fans. She was wearing a short-sleeve royal blue top that she paired with a gorgeous pleated blue skirt.
