Heather Locklear is being sued for allegedly attacking an EMT during her very public breakdown that happened over the summer.
The incident took place back in June; police responded to Locklear’s house after a call about domestic violence came through from one of her family members. When police and first responders arrived on scene, Locklear allegedly punched a police officer, then rushed at an EMT and attempted to kick her. According to TMZ, the EMT claims she sustained serious head and neck injuries that forced her to stay at a desk rather than reporting for duty as a fully functioning first responder. Her lawyer, Kevin Flahavan, also claims Locklear verbally assaulted his client.

Since the incident, Heather’s been in and out of rehab, but has struggled to stay out of trouble. Reports that the actress was “climbing the walls” at her rehab facility surfaced in late August, and her family is said to be gravely concerned for her health.
It’s not clear how much she’s being sued for, but allegedly assaulting a first responder isn’t exactly a small deal.
