Other teams are officially able to contact Georgia quarterback Justin Fields about transferring.

News broke a couple days ago that Fields was looking for a change of scenery, and multiple schools have been thrown out there as potential options for the superstar quarterback.

Now, according to Paul Maharry, the dual-threat quarterback is listed in the NCAA’s transfer portal. That means teams can reach out to him about acquiring his services. (RELATED: There Is A Perfect Big Ten School Justin Fields Should Go To If He Leaves Georgia)

It’s important to note here that Fields’ presence in the portal doesn’t guarantee that he’s leaving. He could pull out at any moment, but it does show that his interest in leaving is at least semi-serious.

If the freshman quarterback does decide he officially wants out of Athens, then just about every single major school in America will come calling for his services.

He’ll arguably be the most coveted undergraduate transfer quarterback in the history of college football. You’d see every Power Five school in America rolling out the red carpet. (RELATED: The College Football Playoff Teams Have Been Announced. Some Fans Will Be Enraged)

As I’ve already said, I think Wisconsin would be the perfect fit, but I’m also biased as hell.

All I do know for sure is that there’ll be no shortage of suitors for Fields if he pulls the trigger on leaving Georgia.
