Former Colts punter Pat McAfee will be making his NFL broadcasting debut Sunday when the Detroit Lions travel to Green Bay to play the Packers.

This will be the first time McAfee, who has done a college game before, will be in the booth for an NFL game, and I absolutely can’t wait. (RELATED: Here Are The Best Moments From Week 15 Of The NFL Season)

The former NFL star is without a doubt one of the most entertaining people in all of sports. He is a nonstop laugh machine.

I was already going to watch this game anyway because I’m such a gigantic Lions fan. But this NFC North game on FOX just became required viewing for the entire nation.

McAfee on the mic for an NFL game is going to be pure electricity from start to finish. In fact, I don’t want to get ahead of myself here, but I might be willing to say right now that McAfee might be the most legit broadcaster in the game before even speaking a word this upcoming Sunday.

I dare you to find somebody more entertaining.

I absolutely can’t wait for Sunday now. I’m almost as excited for this meaningless Lions game as I am for the college football playoff.

It’s going to be outstanding. Let’s go!
