Dwayne Haskins is almost certainly going to the NFL.
News broke Friday that Georgia phenom freshman Justin Fields was headed to OSU, and that pretty much ends any speculation on whether or not Haskins would return. (RELATED: Georgia Quarterback Justin Fields Transfers To Ohio State)

It likely means the end of Haskins’ time with the Buckeyes because the Heisman finalist quarterback already said Fields was waiting on him before deciding where he’d end up. Given the fact Fields is trying to play immediately, he wouldn’t go to OSU if Haskins were returning.
It’s that simple.

Fields joining the Buckeyes in Columbus means Haskins is out the door to go make a ton of money in the NFL. There’s no way Fields would go from sitting behind Fromm at Georgia to trying to battle an entrenched starter at OSU.
That wouldn’t make even a little bit of sense.

It should be a blast seeing how well Fields can do under Ryan Day at OSU. I have a feeling he’s going to put up some monster numbers.
