Duke star Zion Williamson apparently packed on an absurd amount of weight during high school.

Williamson, who is currently battling a knee injury, told QG the following in a profile published Wednesday:

Freshman year, I was small. I was 6 [ft.] 3 [in.], 175 [lbs.]— like, I was small. And over the course of about two years, I picked up a hundred pounds. I mean, I wouldn’t look at myself and go, Wow, I’m 250 [lbs.] ! I wouldn’t know I was 250 until I stepped on the scale, and then I’m like, Oh. I’m 250? I don’t feel 250. I don’t feel slow.

My friends, putting on nearly 100 pounds in two years is simply absurd, and he wasn’t exactly putting on fat. He was putting on a ton of muscle in order to become a physical freak of nature(RELATED: Duke Basketball Star Zion Williamson Throws Down 360 Dunk Against Clemson)

I’m not even sure how many people could pack on 100 lbs. if they were just trying to get obese. It’s a mind-boggling number.

Not only did he put on enough weight to weigh 250 lbs., but he still maintained the ability to absolutely sky. It’s unreal.

Seriously, imagine how cool it must be to be the size of Zion Williamson. I would just play basketball all day. If I had the ability to jump like he does, I wouldn’t do anything other than practice for the NBA.

It must feel so cool to elevate the way he does, and do it with his insane amount of size. As I’ve said many times before, he’s going to be legit in the NBA. I guarantee it.
