Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is the greatest basketball player in NBA history, but the drama he brings can wear out teammates and fans.

There is no better example of this than LeBron recently missing a Lakers-Warriors showdown to reportedly hang out with rapper 2 Chainz. A video surfaced Monday night of LeBron helping out the superstar rapper while his team was traveling to play the best team in the NBA for a game that LeBron missed due to “load management.”

Now, I’m a big LeBron fan, but sometimes it seems like he believes he really is a king. This revelation was especially troubling considering the way LeBron has been slamming his teammates as of late. (RELATED: LeBron James Posts About Becoming Only Player In NBA History Top 10 In Assists And Points)

While the season is far from over, few teams in recent NBA history have been as disappointing as this year’s Lakers’ squad. Los Angeles currently sits at 29-31, and on the outside looking in. Even if they somehow do manage to make the playoffs, this season has been a disaster. (RELATED: NBA Ratings Have Tanked Since LeBron James Joined The Lakers)

The Lakers need to make some major moves this off-season, or they risk wasting the last few years of LeBron’s prime.
