On the show today we get into the Michael Cohen hearing on Capitol Hill and expose how Democrats ended up kneecapping several important arguments they’d been making against President Donald Trump for years. They hurt their own cause completely by accident. Also, no deal out of the North Korea summit as the president walks away from a potential bad deal, which is a good thing. And a man is arrested after filming himself dipping a certain part of his anatomy in a customer’s salsa and posting the video online. Criminals are getting dumber, and we discuss it all.

Democrats did more damage to the liberal narratives about Trump being a corrupt, mob boss-like thug who colluded with Russia to “steal” the election than Republicans did; only they didn’t seem to notice it at the time. The hearing Wednesday featuring Michael Cohen, former attorney to Trump, was supposed to be a slam-dunk bad day for the president. But a funny thing happened on the way to that hoop. Democrats and Cohen actually ended up making a very strong case against the idea of collusion and the president violating campaign finance laws. The summit with North Korea ended without a deal, even though the president and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said they could have had one, just not the right one. From what we know about it at this point, walking away was the right choice. As the president said, he’d rather have the right deal than a fast deal.

And a delivery man in Tennessee unhappy with his tip for an online order decided to film himself dipping his testicles into a customer’s salsa. He posted the video on the Internet … because the world needed to know? Now he’s facing serious felony charges and a scorching case of ‘salsa balls.’
