Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving apparently isn’t a very big fan of the attention he gets as a pro athlete.

Irving, who many believe is nearing the end of his time in Boston, entered the arena being filmed Sunday afternoon prior to a loss to the Rockets, and didn’t look happy about it.

In fact, he even felt it was necessary to let that be known. The former Cavaliers star told the people filming him, “I’m not gonna miss any of this sh*t when I am done playing.” (RELATED: 76ers Star Joel Embiid Cusses Out The Refs During Press Conference)

Yeah, like I said above, I think it’s fair to say he’s really not a fan of the media. To be fair, I don’t think a lot of athletes are in love with the media, but most just don’t say it.

Irving just doesn’t have a filter, and you have to at the very least respect that. Imagine making $20 million a year and being so unhappy with the media that you have to make it publicly known.

I believe that’s the definition of what the kids call having First World problems these days.

It should be interesting to see what the electric guard does down the road. The Knicks seem like his most likely landing spot. He’s in for a rude awakening if he hates the media and heads to New York.

His agent might want to tell him about the media presence in the Big Apple.
