A Pennsylvania man came forward Sunday claiming he found a third tape of R. Kelly sexually abusing underage girls.

Gary Dennis found a sports video cassette tape with the name R. Kelly on it and assumed it was concert footage, according to Page Six.

“I thought it was a recording of an R. Kelly concert. I watched the sports on the tape and then continued to watch what I thought would be an R. Kelly concert,” Dennis said during a New York press conference.

However, the recording on the alleged tape was not a recording of a concert. Dennis claims the video showed Kelly participating in sexual acts with underage girls. (RELATED: R. Kelly Arrested For Alleged Unpaid Child Support)

“He was telling them what to do and what to say, and it appeared that he was in control of the camera. In addition, he was engaging with these children in sexually abusive acts,” Dennis said. “He appeared to be in command of the girls, and they looked as though they were just saying and doing what he told them to do.”

Dennis and his lawyer, Gloria Allred, turned the tape over to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn. His lawyer said it was unclear how the tape came into Dennis’s possession.

“Over the years there have been friends that gave him sports tapes because they know he likes sports and he has no idea …These are very old tapes,” Allred said.

Kelly was arrested March 6 for allegedly failing to pay $161,000 in child support. He was released Saturday after someone who requested to stay anonymous paid the child support, according to CBS News.
