Olivia Jade Giannulli — daughter of Lori Loughlin, who was just charged in the college admissions bribery scandal — claimed that her father, Mossimo Giannulli, “faked” his way through college.

In an interview with the “Zach Sang Show” on March 8, Olivia Jade told the host that her dad didn’t actually go to college. Her father’s story behind starting the “Mossimo” clothing company gives her “inspiration.”

Olivia told host Zach Sang, “He didn’t come from a lot, so it’s cool to see he built it all himself.”

She then said that the fashion designer didn’t make it through college. “He, like, built his whole entire brand and he wasn’t actually, like, I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this, ever enrolled in college.” (RELATED: Hallmark Announces Decision To Drop Lori Loughlin From Network)

She continued, “But he, like, faked his way through it and then he started his whole business with tuition money that his parents thought was going to college.” Olivia emphasized multiple times during the interview that she wasn’t sure if she was supposed to be sharing this information.

Olivia also mentioned that her parents encouraged her to go to college because neither of them had attended.

“Mostly, my parents made me go to college because both of them didn’t go to college,” Olivia told Sang. “I’m so happy they made me go.”

Both of Olivia’s parents are accused of paying $500,000 to help get their two daughters admitted to the University of Southern California.
