Wendy Williams revealed she’s been living in a sober house for awhile now during Tuesday morning’s episode of “The Wendy Williams Show.”

The morning talk show host opened up about her struggles with addiction because she is an open and honest person. “Well, for some time now, and even today and beyond, I have been living in a sober house,” she told the audience.

Williams continued, “And you know I’ve had a struggle with cocaine in my past. I never went to a place to get the treatment. I don’t know how except God was sitting on my shoulder, and I just stopped.”

Williams talked about her everyday routine and how she has learned to battle her addiction, according to Entertainment Tonight. (RELATED: Wendy Williams Reveals She Taught Her Son How To Use A Condom Using A Banana)

After filming she goes across the street and attends pilates for two hours. Then attends meetings across the tri-state area to talk with people struggling with addiction.

“After I finished my appointments, seeing my brothers and sisters, breaking bread. I am driven by my 24-hour sober coach back to the home that I live in here in the tri-state with a bunch of smelly boys who have become my family.”

Williams revealed that 10 p.m. marks the time for lights-out at the sober home.

“So I go to my room, and I stare at the ceiling and I fall asleep to wake up and come back here to see you. And that is my truth,” Williams said.
